BA Creative Music Production graduate (First-class Hons.) offering production lessons, with a focus on creative songcraft and production
My primary focus in teaching will always be the student, and this means understanding the student's needs and goals. My goal is to enable the student to create exciting music, although I am more than happy to teach any technical aspects, such as mixing and mastering, as they are also very important. I always try to ensure that I communicate concepts clearly and succinctly, with a focus on practical applications of this knowledge. I want the student to feel as though they are creating something they can be proud of, whilst offering constructive criticism, mentoring and practical advice to enable the student to improve. I also offer lessons in DJing, something which I have been teaching for almost a year. These cover beatmatching, technical and structural mixing and artistic DJing. These lessons are charged at £30p/h.
